You always wanted to work in Germany, you are interested in a well-rounded and technical or IT education, you are open-minded, you can openly engage with others, and you want to acquire German language skills? Then you have found the right place!
Since August 2010, every year, a group of young people from many different countries of the world start their apprenticeship as an industrial electronics engineer (m/f/d) at WITRON's headquarter in Parkstein. Since 2018 we additionally offer an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/w/d).
To integrate yourself as fast as possible and to get familiar with the country and the people, you will spend the first week at guest families. At the professional school, you will be supported by your German guide.
During your entire education period, we will take care for your accommodation, German classes, and we will support you with all other issues. Once you have completed your apprenticeship, you will be offered a lot of opportunities within the WITRON Group - whether it is in Germany, at our service sites, or at one of our many project locations around the globe.
Should you have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
We look forward to your online application related to our job advertisement in the job market. Job market!

Statements from our international Apprentices
Finished his Apprenticeship in 2014 and works right now as a PLC programmer for pallet conveyor systems
„I decided to do the apprenticeship program because it sounded like an opportunity of a life time, but the most thing that convinced me was that I would be working while I was traveling. To get the hands on experience is something you don’t get while going to school in America.”
Finished his Apprenticeship in 2015 and works right now as a PLC programmer
“My experience with my host family was great. They took me in with a warm welcome and always did their best helping me with my German skills. They also had plenty of activities to do to integrate with the culture such as small festivals.”
Finished his Apprenticeship in 2017 and works right now as a Service Technician
“Integrating in to a new culture was actually pretty easy, and a lot of fun. At first, being thrown in to a completely new culture is a little overwhelming but if you’re open to trying new things it’s an amazing learning experience.”
International Apprentice in the 2nd training year
"My future goal is to work for the company and to make a name for myself. Something my family would be proud of. I also would like to be a manager at a Witron site.”
International Apprentice in the 1st training year
“I like Germany because Germans are very business orientated. I also like the history of the country and how they are very welcoming to foreigners and refugees from around the world. A lot of the cities in Germany have great architecture so it makes traveling more fun.”
